Is all Indian food hot?!
No, this is very widespread misconception. Indian food offers a wide variety of delicate tastes.While many spices are used in Indian cooking, they do not make the food hot.However, heat in food is a very personal and a subjective thing which varies vastly from person to person.
Is Indian Food difficult to cook?
This is again not true. Look at recipes for foods like Tandoori Chicken and Mutter Paneer. They are beloved by millions but very easy to prepare.
